The AIRspace building is a refurbished Georgian house and shopfront on the High Street of Oatlands, Tasmania.

The residency is an initiative run by Midlands Regional Council offering opportunities to visiting artists of all specialities.

During my tenure I took photographs and produced streetscape studies of the High Street,

both in papercut and watercolour sketches (now in the Midlands Regional Council collection) as well as other book structures and miniature house constructions.

The Oatlands High Street provided great inspiration, boasting the largest collection of Georgian buildings still in use today in the Southern Hemisphere.
