The AIRspace building is a refurbished Georgian house and shopfront on the High Street of Oatlands, Tasmania

entirely funded by Midlands Regional Council

The residency is a Council run initiative offering opportunities to visiting artists of all specialities.

During my tenure I took many photographs and produced streetscape studies of the High Street,

both in papercut and watercolour sketches (now in the Council collection).

The Oatlands High Street boasts the largest collection of Georgian buildings still in use today in the Southern Hemisphere.
